Match the account’s legal fields

Check the full name, date of birth and address in the CrownPlay profile before uploading documents. Use a current government-issued identity record and follow the image instructions exactly. Do not edit details into agreement; ask signed-in support to correct a legitimate profile error first.

Connect address and payment ownership

Choose a recent address record in the same name and residence. Then prepare the requested card, bank or wallet evidence with the account-holder field and relevant transaction visible. Hide only the information CrownPlay permits you to mask. Passwords, CVV values, PINs and one-time codes should never be included.

Check active promotion conditions separately

A passed identity check does not automatically release a promotional balance. Record the active offer, wagering progress, expiry, maximum bet and any maximum cashout. CrownPlay’s promotion pages publish offer-specific release rules. Save the version that applied when the offer was activated rather than relying on a later summary.

Preserve the original payout request

Record the withdrawal ID, amount, method, time and status before submitting evidence. Attach the upload confirmation and support case to that request. Avoid cancelling and resubmitting merely to restart the timer; ask support which stage is incomplete and update the same trace.
